Shipping restrictions by location
It's up to YOU to know the laws in
your state, county and city and to fully comply with them. The
following are examples of some state and local restrictions governing
various products. This list shows products that are prohibited in the
locations indicated. When criteria must be met for ownership, those
are also listed.
Illinois
Illinois residents need a
valid FOID card to purchase any air gun over .18 caliber and/or 700
FPS MV, we will ship to you at the address on the card.
Michigan
Pellet guns:
Residents may not purchase pellet guns measuring 30 inches
or less (overall length) or guns that have silencers or baffles
(either internal or external) that will silence, muffle or in any way
reduce the report (sound) of an airgun. Guns that are 30" or
less in overall length are regulated by the State and require a
concealed gun permit or a state license to purchase a pistol.
Michigan residents may purchase
pellet guns that require state permits or licenses by following these
steps:
1. Inform AirGun Supply of the item you want to
purchase.
2. Find a local FFL dealer/retailer and let us know
their FFL number and phone number. The item will be shipped to the
designated FFL dealer/retailer in your area.
3. Go to your local
police department and get a permit to purchase the airgun. Each
pellet gun purchase must have a separate permit.
4. After the
permit is issued to you by the police, take it to the gun store where
your gun was shipped.
5. After the permit is presented to the
store and their fee is paid, they will give you the airgun.
6.
Take the airgun back to the police department for a safety check and
ballistics test.
7. After the tests are conducted and they
determine that the airgun is safe, you can take the airgun home.
New Jersey
Pellet guns &
BB guns: Residents can buy them from us through a designated
local gun store after acquiring the appropriate firearm permit
(airguns are considered firearms per NJ state law: Title 2C:39-1).
Your local gun store must send a copy of their FFL to Air Gun Supply
in order for us to ship the gun you ordered. [Airsoft guns may be
restricted by some local laws. It is up to you to determine if
airsoft guns may be owned/possessed/used without special permits in
their locale.]

no control over the laws in your state or city, and we reserve the right to refuse your order. If you place an order for an airgun or other prohibited item from any of these areas, it will be canceled immediately. Your credit card will not be billed, and you will not receive the product(s).
It is the responsibility of the buyer and user, not AirGun Supply LLC, to understand your local and state laws before placing an order. If you are unsure of your state's laws pertaining
to any products you want to order, you should consult local or state authorities to be certain you are not breaking any laws. All air gun or other weapons orders will arrive ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED. We will not ship air guns or weapons to persons under the age of 18, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Product Warranties
All warranties on products are issued and backed by the distributor or manufacturer of the product.
Defective Products
Defective
products may be returned and exchanged for another same product if you
notify us within 7 days from the time you receive the product from the
shipper, after that defects must be handled through the factory or
distributor warranty.
Exchanges Returns and Refunds
We
can only accept returns or exchanges if you have not opened the
original factory packaging and the item is in as new condition, returns
are subject to a 10 percent restocking charge. The restocking fee will
be waived if the item is exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater
value. To return an item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving
the item from the shipper and inform us that you wish to return it.
Returned items are inspected for condition before refunds or exchanges
are made. No refunds on pellets, BBs, CO2 powerlets, targets, pellet traps or shipping and
handling charges. If you return an item that was sent to you with free
shipping a 10% restocking fee and our original actual shipping costs
will not be refunded. You must pay the shipping charges back to Airgun
Supply to get a refund or exchange.
Orders are shipped as soon as possible.
Our
total liability to any and all customers in all transactions, in all
circumstances of sale shall be limited to the price paid per item.
